Roles & Responsibilities
* Create and manage GIS data and metadata for web-based mapping applications.
* Use Python programming to develop workflows that require specific geoprocessing tasks to build and update databases for given projects.
* Design, develop and maintain web sites and GIS web mapping applications, most frequently using the ArcGIS Experience Builder developer edition.
* Design, develop and maintain ArcGIS Pro maps and publish to ArcGIS Server map services and/or ArcGIS Online web maps.
* Coordinate and provide training, consultation, and design recommendations to end-users of GIS web mapping applications.
* Design, develop and maintain Geodatabases.
* Design, develop and maintain SQL Server stored procedures, functions, and views.
* Provide change management in a code promotion role in partnership with development team.
* Provide analytical services on systems to implement user-defined requirements.
* Provide analytical services on systems to identify operational efficiencies.
* Facilitate collecting system requirements with the business program staff.
* Produce work estimates to implement user-defined requirements.
* Perform testing on system changes to meet user-defined requirements.
* Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business program staff.
* Produce status reports on the implementation of user-defined requirements.
* Produce accounting of hours worked by tasks.
