Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous performance validation. Lead root cause analysis of production performance issues and recommend architectural improvements. Implement Chaos Engineering practices to validate system resilience and ensure applications can withstand unexpected failures and infrastructure disruptions. Communicate performance insights, risks, and optimization strategies clearly to technical teams, product owners, and executive leadership.
